Cancellation and return policy for The North Furniture Gallery orders.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation before Delivery

If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee by contacting us. No cancellation will be accepted to custom or special orders.

Returns after Delivery

Although all sales are final but we know that purchasing over the internet can be difficult at times. We do offer a 7 day return guarantee. If you get your furniture and do not like the color, quality or if it was just not what you were expecting, you may return it for a refund. Returns will be accepted only if you notify us within 7 days of your items being delivered and will not be accepted without a return number being issued before the item is shipped back.

A refund will be equal to the price of your order less all actual shipping charges incurred to get the items to you and back to our warehouse and a 25% restocking fee on all items. You will be responsible for our actual full shipping cost. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the product is in new condition with no damage and in the original packaging when it arrives back at our warehouse.

If an order is refused with no damage or without an authorization number, you will be charged all shipping costs we paid. You will have to arrange a courier/shipping company to send the product back to our warehouse.

Please note that:

  • We do not accept cancellation of order in case of the carrier was unable to deliver on time, at the specified location, or delivered damaged goods.
  • We do not accept cancellation of custom or special orders.

If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:

  • Cash and Debit card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
  • Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card (allow 7 business days).
  • All other payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
